Perranuthnoe: land and sea foraging

If you go down to Perranuthnoe in spring, these are some of the things you can find. The village of Perranuthnoe is right on the south west coast path, making it perfect for foraging. I took some of the team at Beach Retreats there to experience wild food from the land and sea.

And if you go down in summer, autumn or winter there will still be lots to forage, but the range of edibles will be slightly different. I'd love to share the world of foraging with you.
