A foraging and dining event with a little twist of wild dandelion roots.
Ever heard of digging for your dinner?
This decadent and nourishing dinner has a prelude of a refreshing walk to each dig up a humble dandelion root which will then be transformed and featured in your dinner!
Why dandelion roots?
Dandelion roots are at their best in winter - full of goodness that can improve gut bacteria, support the liver and help skin conditions which are all positive qualities to start 2026 with. Focusing on this humble plant is a simple way to enjoy a piece of wild nature and get a little physical activity of digging before enjoying dinner together. Dandelion roots can also be processed to create a desirable flavour similar to coffee or chocolate.
