Wild Singing Walks
From August 2018.
Experience wild places through song, story and the elements as we take a leisurely walk with lots of stops in beautiful West Cornwall. You can sing or be sung to (non-singers welcome too) as we respond to the landscape and take in the views, smells and sounds around us.
Songs will be a mixture of traditional and contemporary, tunes you may know (with altered words perhaps!), those your don't, quirky one-liners to evocative songs that capture an atmosphere that words alone cannot speak. Expect to also hear about plant uses, seals, the sea, Cornish traditions and Cornwall living as we use song to help you remember these tales and bring this unique landscape alive.
Wild Singing Walks is a collaboration between forager Rachel Lambert and celebrated and experienced Singer Songwriter and Facilitator of Land and Sea Singing Group – Kelsey Michael.
