How to forage: Hedgerows
Ever wanted to pick your own wild food? Want to do this while respecting nature and supporting our amazing environment? Then this course is for you!
Hedgerows can be amazing, biodiverse environments, providing food for insects, micro-organisms and mammals like us. How to forage: Hedgerows will teach you how to forage well, for yourself and all of nature.

In this course you’ll:
- Be greeted with hot and herbal wild foraged tea
- Have time indoors and outdoors to learn about hedgerows and foraging
- Be guided on a 2-3 mile walk, includes footpaths, road and stiles
- Learn how foraging can reconnect you to your instincts, helping improve your health and well-being
- Connect to our community of foragers and like-minded people
- Rediscover the satisfying, feel good factor of gathering your own wild food
- Experience a foraging walk and learn up to 8 hedgerow wild foods
- Find out about edible and wellbeing qualities of plants
- Develop your senses to explore the natural world
- Opportunity to buy signed copies of Rachel’s books

Meet: Venue within 6 miles of Penzance TR18 and reachable by public transport. Details given on booking
