This 4 Course Foraged Feast Night combines the best of local ingredients complimented by wild foods to bring you an unforgettable night of fresh Cornish flavours. It follows a morning foraging course at the local St Loy woods and coast, where I will introduce some of the wild ingredients  used in the feast night. Come to the course, the feast, or both!

4 Course Foraged Feast Night, what to expect:

Your Hosts: Hosted by Deli owner and fantastic cook Caleb, harbour master and knowledgeable forager and supplier Bill. Plus myself, forager, guide and author.

The Food: There will be a set menu interlaced with fresh, foraged ingredients in every course. Vegetarian and vegan options available throughout (please specify when booking).

Foraging Books available: I will have foraging books for sale at the event, and am available to sign previously bought copies too!

Numbers: Limited to 30.

Venue: Hole Foods Deli, North Cliff, Mousehole, TR19 6PH, West Cornwall.

Parking and Directions: There are several paying car parks surrounding Mousehole, all within a 10 minute walk from the Deli. The deli is on the seafront looking out onto the harbour – you can’t miss it!
