Blackberry Seeded Granola recipe
A simple, homemade recipe for Blackberry Granola, using the waste pulp from making blackberry cordial. This was such a satisfying recipe to create, with a fruity, blackberry flavour and the goodness of fibre, omega 3 and 6 from the blackberry seeds.
This recipe is in my pocket book: Wild Food Foraging in Devon. I hope you enjoy this unique way of enjoying this abundant wild fruit. Blackberries are such amazing berries to use and enjoy!
