Nature Retreats is an opportunity to deeply connect to yourself, the natural environment and others. Retreats are a unique combination of nature awareness and body awareness and are designed as a profound way to experience the interconnectedness of all of life.
Techniques used include; imagery, anatomy & physiological study, time on nature, mediation, walking and experiential movement and bodywork.
