We all need a little nature tonic at times... especially as research shows that disconnection from nature can result in feelings of isolation, depletion, boredom & depression, to greater or lesser degrees.

Meditation in nature provides an opportunity to experience techniques that can re-connect to yourself & the environment around you. Simple ways of being & living that can be integrated back into your life, or used as a holiday from your norm.

I offer bespoke packages to enable you to make the most of your time in nature, whether your need is to relax and enjoy nature, to seek guidance on a particular issue or life crossroads, or to learn to meditate. All tailor-made to your requirements.

Guidance is available in;

  • Sitting Meditation ~ held in woodland, beaches, or in-land
  • Moving Meditation ~ using body & nature awareness techniques
  • Walking Meditation ~ walking with breath & awareness
  • Sensory Walks ~ awakening the senses for enlivenment
