Forage, Cook & Dine at Cotna

This is our third year running that we are offering Forage, Cook & Dine events at the idylic setting of Cotna. Come and join myself and Sara (artisan cook) and Dave (organic grower) Readman-Smyth at this heavenly event combining the flavours of the garden and the wild. An unique opportunity to learn the skills of foraging and cooking, from identifying wild foods to creating a delicious 2-3 course meal.

Events include; a leisurely walk identifying edible plants, foraging for ingredients, cooking tuition, recipes to take home, tea and snacks, and a 3 course meal.

Forage, Cook & Dine at The Vean

Enjoy leisurely walks over two days, enjoying the coast & the beautiful Caerhays Estate. Back at the homely 5* venue of The Vean we will cook together led by a local chef. This is an exquisite venue that will promise to be an unforgettable experience.

TREGAMINION WILD TREATS ~ Spring Forage, Cook & Dine on The Lizard Peninsula

A weekend event, with foraging on the Saturday, stay all weekend or just come for the day... Walks will be leisurely through field, hedgerow & along the coast. Learn to identify & enjoy picking edible wild plants to use in your meals on the Saturday. Sara (of Cotna) will lead on the cooking, with fresh & delicious dishes to delight the senses. Food will be vegetarian. For sleeping, choose from the cottage, tipi, gypsy caravans or the stylish tree-house!
