Edible Seashore Day

Spend a day foraging by the seashore, followed by a big beach cook up over an open fire of our findings. Rachel Lambert will be joined by Fraser Christian to co-facilitate this event. Fraser is a fully Qualified Chef and Nutritionist with a passion for Wild food and Outdoor cooking skills. He has also recently lead and instructed the popular River Cottage 'Catch and cook' course.

On this course you will get the skills and experience of both of us, with the bonus of creating a truly tasty lunch, including beverages using the wild flowers and plants. This is a great way to learn how best to prepare and taste natures harvest around the open fire in the great outdoors.
Please bring: Plate, cup and cutlery.

Dates: 1st May 2011
