Alexanders (Smyrnium olusatrum)

I get very excited about Alexanders; they're a healthy wild green that grow profusely near the coast in Cornwall. You can also find them along the south coast from Wales to Norfolk in the UK and on southerly coastal areas across Europe. I've picked and eaten Alexanders for years and throughout the year. Here I share recipes on guidance of this fantastic vegetable, herb and spice.
