Workshops for your Group

I am available to lead somatic-based workshops ('SOMA' means to experience the body from within) or creative movement sessions for groups; whether for personal development, educational purposes or for professional development. 'Soma' means to experience the body from within.

I have previously led sessions for mental health, older people in care, those with learning difficulties and artists. Sessions can take place indoors or outdoors. Please contact me with your interest and to discuss your specific needs.

I also lead regular Somatic Workshops. Each workshop explores a specific theme, and is an opportunity to explore in a group setting the 'mind' of different body systems as well as your personal body wisdom. Please visit the calendar to see scheduled workshops.
